On a personal level, very friendly, caring and takes the time to fully understand the core issues at hand--from there he and his team spend all efforts to realize the execution of the project.

Neo was a consultant hired by our parent company when I worked with him. His task I know of with us was to organize the project outcome by the tangible deliverable basis.
