My role involves closely working with Category directors and Sourcing Managers to understand their business challenges and align our service offerings to enable effective decision making
• Building solution design in the marketing category to align go-to-market strategy with operations
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gaze into the real time spend of the client and strategize the spend in order to achieve cost savings and operational efficacy
• Conduct benchmarking studies to determine external performance levels and trends and identify the gaps and propose performance improvement areas
• Preparation of cost model to determine real time pricing scenario
• Use of strategic frameworks like day one analysis, quick win analysis and portfolio analysis to determine competitive positioning of the category and SWOT analysis for suppliers and help assist category managers in sourcing strategy formulation
