Source: LinkedIn private private Nov 11, 2014I attended a programme with Natasha called “Gaining Control Over Anxiety” as a way to get an insight into customers who have anxiety issues. It is often difficult to successfully engage with these customers as their problem is a major barrier to attending our meetings and group discussions are often impossible for them without support. Natasha’s programme was very well structured and presented and delivered with humour. It gave me many useful tips I can use to engage with my customers and importantly will allow me to work with them more effectively and make better progress towards getting them job ready. I would recommend anyone with responsibilities for colleagues, customers or their own issues to make contact with Natasha who runs a number of different courses that use NLP, CBT and other techniques to make a substantial difference. She knows her stuff and will be a great help!
