Rey runs the most complete mentoring/peer helping site on the Internet. I've been in the mentoring business for 12 years, and I always send people new to mentoring to his site. Plus, when I've emailed him and asked him questions, he has always been responsive. Rey is a great resource to the field of coaching, mentoring and peer helping.
