Mona is the co-founder of Agile Arena , she is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) from ICAgile. She is a big believer that the Agile mindset is the most suitable for working in software field , passionate about spreading the Agile thinking to more of the software industry in MENA Region , in addition to working as a trainer and a coach in Agile Arena , she is trying to spread the agile knowledge in an effective way through the Agileبالعربي and her blog www.shokrof.com . She has more than 10 years of experience in software industry starting as a developer to a team leader then a project leader and scrum master, mostly in software products ranging from mobile applications and suites to Learning managements systems and applications related to it , with a great diversity in working environments ranging from startups , to large corporates like ITWORX , plus working on some ideas, projects and some startup experiences.
