Tasked with the opportunity of managing sales operations for BetterWorks, I had the privilege of working very closely with Mike on a daily basis. His style of leadership is transformational, being a living example of what he calls his team to strive for. When given a high-level strategy to execute on, he always devoted 110% of his time and energy to devise a tactical plan for success. Mike's entrepreneurial approach to building and directing our sales department directly resulted in propelling BetterWorks into five major markets across the country, expanding our user base into the thousands.

A team-player in all senses of the term, Mike was diligent in frequently including both associates and directors alike in the strategic planning and direction of the department, giving each person an opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the company.
