With over two decades of international business experience across EMEA and the US, I am the founder and CEO of optimer consulting, a Scandinavian boutique management consultancy that helps mid to large companies improve their performance, efficiency, and sustainability. I am also an ISO certified professional and a committee member of Purposeful Innovators, a non-profit consulting firm that delivers social and environmental impact.
My core competencies include business process management, optimisation, and improvement, change management, organisational communication, and project management. I work across teams and with senior executives to design and implement simple solutions for complex problems, using technology, SaaS, and training as key enablers. I founded optimer consulting in 2023 in Dubai, after seeing a gap in the market for BMP specialists, especially for fast-growing companies. My mission is to make you better at what you do.
