As a Director, Credit and Operations Oversightat CIBC, I lead and coach a national team of managers of advisor support to meet the needs of our business clients and drive growth. I have over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on business banking, credit management, and cash management. I hold a Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification, which enables me to provide advice and services on a broad range of business and personal products. In this role I provide oversight to policy, procedures, change management, monthly monitoring review, executive escalations, and development. I am passionate about delivering client experience excellence, developing new business opportunities, and enhancing the capability of the business sales force. I use my skills in business metrics, sales leadership, and skill development to achieve and exceed the portfolio financial plan, manage risk and consequences, and solve complex problems. I also leverage my natural computer and technology understanding, as well as my education in science and business, to adapt to changing market conditions logically and with focus on customer needs.
