• 14+ years of experience in Employee/Labor Relations collaborating with departmental business partners to analyze issues, ensure consistent, equitable, and fair application of organizational policies, work standards, and standard operational procedures (SOP); workplace investigations, grievance hearings, mediation, and supervisory coaching, and develop strategic remedies that promote a culture of cooperation, respect, and engagement by developing sound HR processes/systems to ensure compliance and organizational consistency.
• 7+ years of Labor Relations experience, with five years serving as Chief Labor Negotiator within a multi-union environment; responded to grievances and represented management during grievance and arbitration hearings.
• Proven leader with a demonstrated record of achievement in workplace planning and talent management: behavioral-based interviewing, onboarding, staffing, classification and compensation, benefits administration, and succession planning analysis.
