Segmentation

I develop segmentaions in the B2C and B2B area that grow sales exponentially. Segmentations are based on a combination of psychographics, category, consumption and media usage.

Brand Strategy

Positionings statements have to be powerful enough for your consumers to connect with your brand on a crucial emotional level. Emotional is not enough, however. The mix of functional and emotional benefits is the key for long lasting brands.

Destination Planning

The role of marketing is "To sell more stuff, to more people, for more money". If your marketing does not do that, then you have failed as a marketeer. In destination planning we set up and analyze the key business objectives to reach. Without a destination you are runnind wild.

Consumer Insights

Data colelction and data analyzing is key. But, in the end, they are just numbers. If you don't translate the numbers into real insights that you can use in your brand strategy, it is a waste of money. I have developed brand strategies across countries and industries with big success.

Touchpoint Communications

After all the strategy is done, you need to execute. Finding the right media, where you can target the right consumer with the right message - is key. Do you use radio, billboards, print ads - and when do you use it so the target is in the right mindet to be receptive. One client doubled their sales after a more focused touchpoint communication strategy.

Business to Business Marketing

B2B marketing has been behind the B2C marketing for a long time. The category traditionally has been to focused on functional benefits of their brand, and forgot the emotional connection needed to grow sales exponentially. Developing your B2B marketing and integrating it with sales will lead to fast sales results.

Kids Marketing

Imprecise and unfocused. That has been the world of kids marketing to date. Traditionally many have looked at the world of kids, based on a mediabuying model. They would buy media for kids 2-11 or, for a premium; they might even focus on 6-11, still a very broad and unfocused target audience. We know better.
