I have been part of *many* startups as their technical leadership, as well as increased my own knowledge growing our own engineering department at Twin Engine Labs.

I have worked with remote teams, local teams, small teams, and large teams. Each have their challenges for growth and efficiency that I've helped navigate and overcome over the last decade.

Mobile Strategy

Every day, I am asked for advice and strategy on mobile app ideas that come across my desk at Twin Engine Labs. I've worked with entrepreneurs with nothing but an idea, to forward thinking enterprise leaders to re-shape their organizations via mobile applications and increase margins.

Seeing so many ideas and doing so much research for each customer has allowed me to have a broad sampling of what is working and what is not in the industry, with Twin Engine Labs' successes and failures guiding my outlook on the industry as a whole.

App Store Monetization

Each day at Twin Engine Labs' is a constant challenge to discover the best ROI for potential features of the apps we consult on. There are several hurdles (in-app purchases, virtual currencies, app store approvals, etc) that must be overcome.

Creating sustainable, multiple revenue channels for each app is one of my top priorities as CEO when working with our clients. I also have experience in regards to unprofitable monetization plans, which I've found is just as valuable as identifying potentially successful monetization plans.

Keith and I first crossed paths via a shared client before he started his company. I worked with him before, during and after the founding of Twin Engine Labs. He was always a fantastic technical partner, both proficient and reliable. It was great to see him transfer that into a new business. Twin Engine gave him a whole new context in which to excel and, with a whole business behind him, he could accomplish quite a bit more.
