I can't recommend someone higher than Justin. He came on as an intern and quickly became an irreplaceable part of our team full time. He's a very quick learner who you can trust to self-manage and deliver every time sans BS. He's always coming up & implementing improvement in process and isn't afraid to tell you what you're doing wrong.
