Set Up Your Customer Advisory Board and Coaching on How to Use User Feedback

You and I will work together to create a standing Customer Advisory Board, similar to your traditional board of advisors but composed of key members of your user community.

This group will become your most valuable resource, providing feedback on your ideas, validating concepts, and providing insights that will shape your product vision and improve your traction.

I'll walk you through the process, help with the participant recruiting and logistics, and all you'll have to do is dial into a scheduled weekly call with a different board member each week.

I can also be available for occasional consulting calls to help you prepare for, understand, and interpret the user feedback you get from your board, and I can coach you and your product team to synthesize what you hear into insights that can drive your future product roadmap.

In my consulting work, I focus on early stage venture definition and validation, and I advise some of the tiniest startup companies and some of the largest in the world. I’ve also developed and lead venture advisory services in internal corporate innovation and emerging incubator programs around the world.

I enjoy working with early-stage product innovators and entrepreneurs globally. While based in San Francisco, I love to travel, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge to give back and equalize opportunities across the world.
