What excites me about my job? It's making people and organisations better, an ability to coach people, teams and organisations to be successful and to guide them through the agile adoption and transformation.
During my over nearly 20 years long journey, from a developer, through an architect and manager to an agile coach I've seen many issues from which organisations and teams suffer. Today, I connect my passion for people and agile mindset with my down to earth approach and problem-solving to provide expertise and practical advice. While I transform organisations, my primary focus is on individuals, as it's them who create the change. I believe that successful agile transformation is a mixture of top-down and bottom-up approach and so I operate on all levels from executives and enterprise down to teams and individuals. I firmly believe that any change is better than maintaining status quo and I'm not afraid to challenge norms causing creative disruption.
I've been providing agile consulting to many organisations for over eight years. My engineering background and consulting approach I've developed at McKinsey allows me to look at organizational problems from two perspectives. Not only as a management consultant but also as a software developer. I can work with teams and help developers to grow and be better and talk to the c-level suite about the whole organization transformation.
