I have a masters degree in business administration, and have owned my own law firm, gas station, motel, restaurant. I have counseled owners of gas stations, hotels, medical offices, transportation companies, franchises, and more, as well as technology companies and a national sports team. I served as in-house counsel to multiple businesses, including, currently, one that has grown 400% during the time of COVID-19.
