13 years of practice as a business attorney; serving as counsel for over 250 entrepreneurs who owned small businesses, including: doctors, hotels, gas stations, retail stores, restaurants, transportation companies, sports teams, and technology companies.

Most other attorneys give business advice, having studied business law abstractly, in law school. My competitive advantage is that I have lived the experiences of my clients. I have a masters degree in business administration. I have also owned my own gas station, convenience store, motel, and law firm. I currently serve as in-house counsel for a chain of restaurants that grew over 400% during the time of COVID-19.
