Since 2002, Jennifer has been running a successful cooking school in Manhattan's SoHo district. Home Cooking New York (www.homecookingny.com) staffs chefs who teach both private classes in students' home kitchens and public classes at their NYC cooking school.
Prior to launching her boutique cooking school enterprise, she worked for 7 years in the field of recipe development/editing and food writing on the staffs at Saveur magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and Martha Stewart Living.
She is the author of two cookbook, Gourmet Cooking on a Budget and Six Basic Cooking Techniques.
