Since 2007 I've managed, optimized and maintained Google AdWords accounts for various businesses, and in 2012 decided to expand my online advertising knowledge and began offering Facebook advertising to my clients. Leads are generated once a Facebook user clicks on an AD. The user is then sent to the landing page,where he or she fills out a "contact form", which usually asks for their name and e-mail.
Part of the strategy to increase conversions is to offer Facebook users valuable content in a downloadable format, for example, a PDF called "The Ultimate Guide to Doing X Better” or “Ten Tips for X and Y”. This PDF is called a “lead magnet”, and it encourages people to sign-up on your landing page. Our team also develops and designs these lead magnet PDFs.
