I worked for 2 years for Hugo as the head of Bridge India branche. Hugo is a real entrepreneur in many aspects but the ones that really stand out for me is his pragmatic approach, his strategic view and his ability to grasp complex things quickly and drill down to the very essence of them. Many times I came to him with a seemingly impossible issue which he would solve in a brilliant way very efficiently by focusing about what needed to be done rather than on finding out what went wrong and whom to blame.
