We have a new business idea and have been looking to connect with more people through LinkedIn. It is with this in mind that I attended one of Gary's LinkedIn training sessions. He had already visited my profile and offered suggestions on how I could improve my LinkedIn profile to meet this goal.
The information he provided has widened my knowledge and improved my confidence with using LinkedIn and although I haven't yet updated my profile yet, I am now thinking hard about what it is that I want to say and I will be updating my profile very soon. I also learnt about sections of LinkedIn that I was unaware of and will now get better use out of it.
Not only am I looking to update my own profile, I will be assisting my husband to update his profile too. We will align these profiles with a newly created company page. Once we have set these up we will be regularly reviewing and updating our profiles where appropriate to help us attract new clients and industries to our business.
