I recommend anyone, regardless of whether you are in business for yourself or not, read this book.

What I gained as a result of reading your book, made an instant impact in clarifying the nebula of how NLP applies to business and my life. Personally, this book has been my Rosetta Stone so far. The information within it has allowed me to reverse engineer traditional concepts often taught in sales. It's also helped me to see, hear and vocalize my current communication methods in a more focused manner. Professionally, I am now understanding why I've been successful, when I won't be successful and able to make instant changes within minutes to eliminate future mistakes.

This book is a how to technical manual for controlling the sales part of your brain. Without it, it's like flying a paper plane. All you can do is throw it up in the air, over and over again, but not go very far - or really control where you want it to go. With it, that plane is now converted into a remote control aviation machine. It can now turn left, right, up, down, do flips. The plane can now refuel in mid-air, radio back a report and almost fly for an unlimited amount of hours.

Your sales thoughts, will be just that much more powerful. You see, even my writing has improved. As I told Dr. Lakin, this has profoundly influenced me. Perhaps someday, I'll actually be able to take his class. I can only imagine how much more I'll be empowered from that experience. Thank you again Dr. Lakin. Please teach us more.

I first heard Duane present at a Vistage meeting (called TEC back then) about Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) and then hired him to train our sales staff. That was 8 years ago and we still use NLP training for all our new hires in sales as we have found it to be very effective.
