I am the founder of Madrid-based consulting firm Mindset Consulting, which focuses on strategic communications for tech and science-based companies. I'm also a Global Woman in PR Association member, an ICF-certified business coach, and the TEDxWaterStreet's Advisory Board member.
My work experience includes companies from the Fortune 500 list, such as Microsoft, PayPal, eBay, Intel, unicorn startups, and global venture funds. I'm a regular speaker at international conferences such as the Third Eurasian Women's Forum, EMERGE, EdCrunch. I also participate in mentor sessions for programs including the Sber х 500 Startups Accelerator, Startup Leadership Program (SLP), and HSE Business Incubator.
Throughout my career, I have learned a lot from the global professionals. Award-winning PR leader and Professor at the New York University Claudine Moore made an essential contribution to my development.
In 2020, I was shortlisted for the Impact Award by Global Women in PR. In 2022, I was selected as one of 25 mentees of the global GWPR Empower program. I'm excited about having Linda Descano as my mentor in this program.
