Rynew Properties is one of a new wave of smaller property management companies who have their beginnings rooted in their founder's personal experiences of poor property management.

Desmond Moreria, as co-founder of Rynew Properties is one such person and it has been evident from our intereactions that he displays a real understanding of the issues that frustrate so many leaseholders and that includes me!

One of the things I really like about the company is the fact that they gained accreditation through the Leasehold Knowledge Partnership. This particular accreditation scheme was established as a way to demonstrate the integrity and transparancy of the companies that sign up to it.

Leaseholders are becoming increasingly knowledgable and will not continue to accept poor performance from their managing agents, something that Rynew Property understands very well.
