I have been in supply chain for a major truck body manufacturer for over 10 years. This includes commodities buying to sub contracting for capacity. During this time I have worked with highly engineered products to off the shelf products. Not only do I have experience in manufacturing truck bodies, but also commercial fleet builds (vans, trucks, etc.). This has given me experience in EVs, as well as other cutting edge technologies. Finally I have been the lead in many projects. From "just do it" projects to ones awarding several million dollars worth of business to ones providing several hundreds of thousands of cost savings.

How can I deal with my next interview?

I enter each interview the same way thinking they already are interested, all I have to do is convince them. Your qualifications have already sold your ability, now they want to meet the person. I've been interviewed and done interviews, and at the interview stage it's 9 times out of 10 more about fitting in with the team over qualifications. If you weren't qualified, you wouldn't be in the interview. So be yourself. If you are not hired, it's not bad. You probably would not have been happy in the position if your personality didn't fit with the rest of the group anyway! Good luck!
