To this day, I can say that Chris has been the best manager I have ever worked with. Those of you that have done sales know the difficulty of staying positive amidst leads that turn cold, no-shows, and disappointing closing ratios. Yet Chris was able to successfully motivate and coach his sales team to, in his own words, "Sling blades, baby, sling blades." And sling blades we did. Chris is an excellent manager because he communicates effectively, is open to feedback, and has an intuitive sense of adapting his managing style to the person and/or situation at hand.
