I was recenlty asked by my peers, who made the most impact on me at the NAPO New Orleans 2013 conference. My answer was very easy... I recently attended Lisa's seminar "The Organized Entrepreneur". It was an excellent session and Lisa is an extraordinary presenter. She offers practical tips on how to organize your life, your business and your home. Lisa's information is of great value to me, both personally and professionally.
I first met Lisa at the Interior Redesign Industry Specialists (IRIS) annual conference in Denver, CO where she presented a seminar on how to add Organizing to your Redesign Business offerings. I was truly impressed with Lisa's knowledge, professionalism and energy. I then participated in Lisa's six-week DECIDE to be Organized on-line group couching program. My goal was two-fold in that I was looking for tips for my own personal organizing challenges as well as looking to gain more expertise to pass on to my clients. I found the six-week program to be very beneficial on both fronts. Sharing stories and challenges with others on the call helped to inspire me to tackle the things I had been putting off. In turn, being able to offer encouragement and understanding to others on the call was rewarding as well. As I go through my old boxes of 'stuff' or work with others going through the same process, I continually ask myself Lisa's three key questions - "Do I Love it? Do I Use it? Do I need it?" If not - then out it goes! Thank you Lisa for your inspiration and for offering this on-line coaching program. It has been an eye-opening and rewarding journey!

We have used Lisa numerous times for training and coaching services for our employees. She is so popular with our managers, that some of our departments have contracted with her in order to do training specifically for their staff members. She has also proved invaluable in providing coaching sessions for one of our departments where there was a debilitating relationship between the manager and staff. Her efforts, while not completely solving the problems, did go a long way in beginning a process to get that department back on track. I would not think twice before contracting with her again.

I hired Lisa to organize my children's playroom and soon found myself wanting her to organize my home. I have a business that I operate from home and with two small children and a mother's life to oversee I needed to get my things in order. Lisa is very astute. She gets to the heart of the matter without judgement. She has taught me skills so I can stay organized.
To give a small example: I recently sold my dryer when I moved to a friend. The friend called me a week later wanting to know what a light on the dryer meant. I said, you know what I didn't give you the manual...let me get it and I'll look it up! When I came back to the phone so quickly she said you found the manual that fast!
When I went to the Medicaid office with my mother's papers, they said I was very prepared for the application process!
