WARPAINT Media Inc., the creative services agency, is a small but mighty bilingual establishment that offers creative consultation services such as brand development in the form of logo design, print, web, and social media strategy as well as video and art direction to individuals and other businesses. Our mission is to help you translate your vision into words and images in a creative way. We aim to let you impress yourself with your own imagination or at the very least be extremely impressed with ours.
At Startup London we believe that London, Ontario is the right place to start and grow a business. With world-class educational institutions, passionate community members, and the world at our doorstep, there are an abundance of reasons to start a business in London. As a community group Startup London aims to foster entrepreneurship in the city through providing people with a singular source for startup news, events, resources, and a place to connect.
Is it strictly a case of one or the other? Why couldn't you find part or full-time employment in an area that will develop your skill and dedicate the rest of your time to applying what you learn to building your startup slowly? Going full-tilt may be exciting but without savings, it can be difficult and stressful. At some point your startup's needs may surpass your ability and then you may find yourself in a position of giving away equity to get to the next level or even having to call it quits for lack of resources.
A third option could be finding work in an environment (like ours) where you can both hone your relevant skills, working on diverse web projects, *and* get full no support building your personal project, which I'm assuming is web development-heavy. We get that people have bigger aspirations than their regular day job. We should talk!
Cameron has helped me take my business to the next level. Recently I have had a business partner join my team which has meant I have needed to revamp every marketing piece that I have done to this point. Cameron not only has given me a variety of pieces to consider with completely unique ideas - he goes above and beyond to ensure complete and total happiness with our marketing pieces.
He has helped us for business cards, facebook revamp, invitations for our events and more! He is working on an extensive laundry list that I know we will be extremely happy with.
