How to Grow a Food & Beverage Business (FMCG)

I managed and developed a business with 2 brands in the world of Food & Sports Nutrition in the UK and abroad.
With my team of 7 sales grew x4 to over $2m over 5 years and the company became profitable.
Among other things, developed new sales channels, increased store distribution to over 4,000 stores, built an online e-commerce platform, developed international markets and launched in several European countries and in the USA and developed & launched 4 new products lines – including 2 International prize-winning products.

All of that while managing the nuts and bolts of running a business (Staffing, Finance, Operations...)
