This can be done through interviews, questionnaires, and the analysis of existing documentation. It will result in more accurate job descriptions, competency models, training programs, and performance appraisals.

Performance Management

I will measure and evaluate employee performance to provide feedback and identify areas for improvement. I can then help create a feasible plan to increase productivity and maintain an engaged workforce that can be utilized without my expertise and assistance. Performance Management is an ongoing process, but I am willing to help ensure businesses have what they need to run everything independently.

Organizational Development

I can evaluate a business's overall effectiveness, including its processes, structure, and culture, and offer ways to improve it.
