I had the distinct honor of working with Sean for a semester, managing $1.1 Million of Fordham University's endowment. His leadership, insights and questions set a powerful example to everyone in SMIF.

Sean was the heart and soul of my time at Project Breaker. His enthusiasm, genuine interest in lateral fields and willingness to work through a problem even when it looks dismal makes him an essential member of any team. Can't wait to work together again.

Sean has the ability to see the needs of a team and to recognize the ways his personal strengths can meaningfully contribute to the goals of an organization. As a founding member of the organizing team of 3 Day Startup NYC, Sean took ownership of the competitive selection process for all applicants. He impressed me with his initiative, responsibility, and organization. For example, I could always rely on him to follow through with his commitments and initiate communication at the proper times. I had the pleasure of working with Sean as a group of us managed $1 million of Fordham University's endowment fund. As Chief Investment Officer, Sean did an excellent job in keeping our group focused and helping us to navigate a difficult market environment. His experience living in China was a key asset in the development of our emerging market investment philosophy. Sean played a central role in maintaining an efficient work environment as his work ethic provided a great example for the younger students.
