After spending 21 years in corporate job and with immense learnings, I decided now is the time to give back to the community and aspiring entrepreneurs. I have coached pre-start-ups, start-ups, mid-size companies in the area of improving sales, operations excellence, automating manual processes, setting the vision and goal for the company, making the business plan which aligns with the short term and long-term goals and further making the roadmap to reach the moon.

During my journey of coaching Businesses, I noticed that the problem lies not only with sales numbers and internal processes which is impacting business, but many times there are personal problems with the business owner/s that is slowing them down. It could be anything like stress, work-life balance, time management, relationships etc., This ignited my curiosity and led me to further study why this happens.
