Recently I had the pleasure of working with Amber at the Small Business Boot Camp she created. Amber's vision, attention to detail, organization and enthusiasm were amazing. Amber is a high energy innovator that can take basic ideas/vision/goals and expand them into a unique experience that leaves people discussing the event for weeks/months. Amber is also a visionary that helps obtain participation from others to pull off these unforgettable events.

Amber is a leader that is keenly aware of the talents of those who report to her. She has an innate ability to inspire those around her, both inside and outside of a direct reporting structure; she truly embraces Good to Great Leadership on a daily basis. She is resolved to do whatever it takes to make the company great, no matter how big or how hard the decisions. With that being said, she would be of great benefit to any organization that would be lucky enough to have her as a part of their team.

I am a big fan of Amber Hurdle because she is an amazing leader with creative strategies for keeping a team on task and engaged. I was always excited for opportunities to plan and execute events with Amber at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, and I look forward to having the opportunity to work with Amber again.

Amber Hurdle has the unique ability to understand the importance of completing the goals at hand and seeing how those goals relate to the greater strategy of the company. I also have great respect for Amber because she is such a down to earth person. Amber is able to lead and at the same time she makes every member of the team feel important.
