Effective Branding.

As you already know, your brand is what a prospect sees first. Because of that, a good brand means you have half the battle won already. At the same time, a poorly designed and implemented brand means you are losing sales.

If you chose a brand based on what you thought was cute, you are losing money. If you chose your brand based on what your friends laughed at and commended, you are losing money. Your brand's job is to increase PROFIT, not make your friends pat you on the back.

Your name, logo, tagline, and even colors are all extremely important and can drastically affect your sales.

Apple, Starbucks, and Ferrari are all examples of brands that sell. Ferrari is able to sell out of their cars before they even release concrete numbers or designs... Why? The BRAND.

What is the best tool or set of tools to perform trademark clearance searches of designs and design elements for products/apparel?

The USPTO website. But, in all sincerity, you might need help with that. The actual trademark is simple. Patents are tougher.

You should be reading all of the time. The common trait all successful individuals have is a thirst for knowledge.

If you don't have that thirst, you should probably not try to start your own company.

What is the best way to improve my B2B online marketing?

It depends on exactly what your situation is. Anyone who offers you a one-size-fits-all "solution" is just blowing smoke and will make you lose a lot of money.

Even two companies in the same industry will have a different "best way" to improve their marketing.

Remember, marketing is an INVESTMENT when done properly, but an expense of done incorrectly or without the proper skills.

What is the best tips to deal with an incompetent boss with no background in your work field?

Do EXACTLY what he says, wait for it to backfire, then tell him and his superiors you did exactly what he said, even though you didn't fully agree with it... Because you know that as your supervisor he SHOULD have more experience and knowledge than you.

How many is too many affiliates for a video training product launch? Is it quality over quantity?

Response rate depends completely on the effectiveness of your material, quality of your product and site, brand recognition, commissions, etc.

Regardless, with affiliates, the more the better. You are paying commission. There is no real negative to having more effective affiliates.
