I have first-hand experience starting and operating a number of real estate investment holding companies across multiple states.

This includes single family, multi-family, a little commercial, and a fair number of furnished short-term rentals. Some investment has involved turn key units, but most have been rehab projects.

I offer practical discussion and advice for people who are looking at getting into real estate investment or want to expand beyond where they're currently at.

I am not a real estate agent--just an investor.

Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with a background in consulting for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and general investing. We can discuss the levers and components about what goes into valuations, or whatever else you'd like to know.

I've had the opportunity to invest in 30+ startups over the years. Most have been somewhere between pre-revenue and Series A.
