I am a former UK Royal Marines Officer and now a successful management consultant with a passion for helping people develop leadership capability and understanding within themselves and their organisations.

I will do this by drawing on my first hand experience of leading people in the most challenging of situations, of helping large and small organisations change their leadership culture and helping new and experienced leaders better connect with their people.
My experience is supported by professional training and over 10 years of experience in preparing leaders for almost any situation. I believe that anybody can become a great leader, you just have to understand the path.
Decorated and formally recognised throughout my career for my leadership and my contribution to developing others, I believe that to lead is the biggest privilege one can have, to lead well is the most rewarding experience I have ever had.
