27+ years in the hobby industry as a design engineer. I have traveled the world working as an engineer / mechanic for top rc racing teams such as Team Durango and Team XRay.
My job was to help troubleshoot prototypical parts and pieces and help maintain continuing improvement. Aside from that my career also enveloped the growing hobby / small commercial UAV market. My work here included genre specific frame designs for several markets as well as flight controllers and speed controllers.
Currently I am CTO at Dragon Circuits in Grand Prairie, Texas where we design and manufacture several different electronic items including but not limited to flight controllers and speed controls. I have experience in the aerial photography field using UAV's with highly specialized gimbals.
