It's hard to beat what Ms. Hauge wrote about Vince - and I think everyone would agree to the letter: Vince is the walking definition of an entrepreneur. He does it all with incredible intelligence, focus and hard work, with an understated humility and demeanor that can be deceptive. He's got that unending dedication and energy that he applies to every venture, so you just know each one will be a success. He makes all other entrepreneurs look like slackers, since Vince applies all that hard work while being a dedicated family man and while being a leader in his community/
Add to all over the above: he's got integrity and is very easy to work with - so it's no wonder that when Vince announces he's working on something new - a long line forms, all with people who want to work with or work for Vince, and just as long a line of investors who want to entrust their money to Vince.
I am sure there are so many well known and successful people that secretly admire Vince for his accomplishments, humility and for the way he keeps in all in balance. Vince proves that nice guys do indeed finish first.
Source: LinkedIn CJ Cornell Dec 9, 2012Vince has rare combination of both business vision and plan execution. As a true entrepreneur, he knows what to do for a startup, and more importantly what not to do. As an online media guru, he has the ability to see the world 3 or 5 years from now. I would definitely work with him again in a heartbeat.
Source: LinkedIn Andy Zhao Dec 9, 2012Vince has one of the best minds for business that I have ever encountered. He possesses just the right blend of vision and pragmatism to take a project from concept to successful venture. Vince has a strong technical acumen, an unmatched work ethic, and terrific interpersonal skills. His competency and integrity are such that I can say (without reservation) that I trust him implicitly. I could not provide a more emphatic nor sincere recommendation than the one that I would give for Vince Han.
Source: LinkedIn James Grover Dec 9, 2012Vince Han is the real thing. A true entrepreneur. Vince knows how to do it all: raise money, manage the budget, get products out on time, attract talent and create an appetite for the product or service. In the 25 years I have worked with start-ups and their founders, Vince stands out as both a stellar leader and as a wise man who knows when to allow others to contribute.
Additionally, Vince is a man of the highest integrity. He lives his values. He is honest and courageous. The old test is very applicable here; if you asked Vince to take care of $100 for you for a year, 365 days later you would get $100+ back.
I intend to work with Vince again. And anyone who has the chance to do so, should seize the opportunity!
Source: LinkedIn Nancy Householder Hauge Dec 9, 2012Vince can get the job done, and I think, any job done. He is competent, detailed, and strategic--all to a very high degree. Additionally, he is experienced and educated. But most exceptionally, he has the people and communication skills to not only get results but to create and maintain terrific relationships. My highest recommendation.
Source: LinkedIn Al Switzler Dec 9, 2012It was a pleasure to work for Vince at Culture11. He is a veteran when it comes to new technology and media ventures and brings invaluable experience to the table. Vince is a thoughtful and strategic leader who can focus on the big picture while making sure day to day operations run smoothly. As a manager he sets clear expectations and makes the work day fun. I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.
