My business Blo Blow Dry Bar grew to 13 locations in the first 3 years. At the time it was an unproven, first-to-market concept. The start up team my partners and I built was integral to it's financial success (we were cash flow positive in the first month of operations). Our training centred around Straight Talk, emotional intelligence and the idea of service (that no matter where you sit in the org chart, your primary mission is to serve your team members).
