Ursula and I have worked together for approximately 5 years at March Networks. It is a pleasure to collaborate with Ursula because she understands the product from a variety of angles: she not only understands the product features and technical concepts, she understands how users work with the product and is able to talk about it in a way that users will understand – whether the user is a beginner or is a seasoned professional. I have relied on her strong communication skills several times to address customer feedback in the documentation. Ursula has often provided well-written, detailed updates as a means of communicating feedback obtained during a customer call or training session. In addition, Ursula has been a tremendous asset during localization projects, as she is committed to validating that our translated material is world class. Ursula is a tremendous asset to our company and truly a pleasure to work with.

Ursula is a knowledgeable, dynamic and innovative individual. While we worked together at March Networks she helped me out a few times with various requests, she was always cheerful and willing to pitch in, even with her very busy schedule. In addition to her IT expertise, she is also a linguist speaking three languages English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I would highly recommend Ursula as she would be a great addition to any organization or venture.

It was a real honour to work with Ursula for the past 3.5 years at March Networks. During that time, her distinct high level of commitment to understand Spanish-speaking customers motivated her to learn Spanish. She is an approachable person who loves to share her extensive knowledge with others. Always, in her work, Ursula is consistent, dedicated and passionate and a pleasure to work with. I enthusiastically recommend her because she will not disappoint, and will exceed any expectations.

Ursula and I have benefited from each other's expertise. I trained her in a workshop and she, when I really needed the help, built my website. Many others that visited lifeconcepts.ca commented not only on the beauty of the site, but the ease in which they were able to find the necessary information both quickly and easily. During the developmental process, Ursula listened to my marketing needs, recommended possiblilties, searched for the right platform, built the original site, adapted to my suggestions encourgaging the concepts that were good and challenging me on the concepts that weren't so good. She went the second mile to make sure that all aspects of the site were not only functional but artistic. If there was something I didn't understand or know she referred eBooks or web sites that would further increase my needed understanding.

I am totally pleased with both the practical and interactive aspects of this project. I can't recommend Ursula of UCWebCreations highly enough.

I've worked with Ursula for four years at March Networks. In that time, I have come to admire her hard and soft skillsets, as she excelled as both a technical support specialist and as a technical trainer. Ursula is a dedicated team member, who is learns new technologies very quickly. In both her roles at March Networks, she was required to explain complex technical concepts to customers (video and IP networking concepts), some of whom were not computer literate. In doing so, I witnessed countless instances where she communicated these complex requirements to customers, with clarity, in a manner apporpriate to their abilities, in 3 languages, and with grace under pressure.
