Source: Clarity Drew Ramsey Apr 25, 2014I have known Tracy since 2002. She is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness, and I appreciate her balanced approach to both. She is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and I always find myself smiling after I speak to her.

She also will take the time to challenge me to go for more when she knows there is room for improvement. She not only is a Great Personal Trainer for fitness and health, but she also is a Customer Oriented Business Owner. Thanks Tracy.

one of her admirers who has had the pleasure of working with tracy,
I met Tracy at a conference a while back and have kept in touch with her because she is just one of those rare people you want to maintain contact with and work with no matter what direction you take.
Tracy has incredible energy for getting things done, and is a great motivator to me. Her attitude and intelligence make for a rock-solid combination of talent that you do not find very often in this industry. I like chatting with Tracy about business ideas for projects that I'm working on, regardless of whether they are in her industry or not.
I would highly recommend her!

Depending on the size of the company you are leaving you may be entitled to up to 18 months of continued coverage with a Cobra plan. It is usually quite a bit more than you were previously paying, but it allows you some time to look for insurance.
I don't know much about it, but the new state exchanges created by the Affordable Care Act may be worth checking out if you are going to have a limited income. healthcare.gov.
You can also find some health plans and coverage options online through at sites specially designed for self-employed professionals such as StartupInsurance.com and HealthAviator.com.
