Noel is on a never-ending quest to make everything around him more efficient. He is quick to outsource, delegate, design systems, and create procedures for each facet of his work.
Soon after Noel bought his first rental property at 19 years old, he began to see the value of passive income, and continued to buy more rental property. His focus then turned to the property management side of the business, and he quickly realized the value of systems. Having started out doing most of the work himself, he set his sights on learning the most efficient ways for the work to be done, as well as how to efficiently delegate & outsource some of the work.
Since then, his focus has again shifted, this time to rehabbing single family homes and also purchasing multifamily assets for cash flow, all the while learning, improving, and systematizing.
