When first building the initial plans for Springcreek Systems I had a very short list of co-founder candidates, and I was fortunate enough to know Tonia and have her at the top of that list. While her responsibilities went far beyond marketing alone (UI/UX development, sales, and business strategy) I can say Tonia is the public face of the company, both online and in person. Her initiatives around social media were absolutely critical to our success, and her networking skills brought us attention in what seemed to be a sea of other technology startups. Being invited to pitch as a part of Dell’s 2013 Tech Innovators Day was without a doubt a direct result of Tonia’s tireless efforts. I had the pleasure to work with and learn from Tonia in a demanding environment using data that required near 100% accuracy at all times. The entire sales department at Dell was dependent on the data managed by our team. Tonia's grasp of complex data structures allowed her to excel and contribute to problem sovling, tool inovation and business guiding reporting. Her ability to see consenquences in database management allowed her to head off many problems and smooth updates and transitions.
Tonia also has a strong skill set of understanding and explaining complex issues to users with a wide level of experience. Be it someone basic computer user experience up to IT and software developers. Tonia is comfortable talking with people on their knowledge level. Often she was called upon to be a liaison between groups with different experience levels. She also excelled at communicating with developers about tool development from requirements gathering to testing.

Tonia is a great asset to have on the team. She is patient, easy to work with, hard-working, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Her knowledge and experience are impressive. As a web developer, she was also able to use her design experience to bring improvements to a page that hadn't been previously thought of. I would definitely enjoy working with her again.
