Developing a Web Product That Delights

I had 15 minutes scheduled with Tonia but was super happy to extend it because here insights and guide were super valuable. She pin-pointed my main issues at once and we worked together in a path to success. I will continue working with Tonia in this project.

When first building the initial plans for Springcreek Systems I had a very short list of co-founder candidates, and I was fortunate enough to know Tonia and have her at the top of that list. While her responsibilities went far beyond marketing alone (UI/UX development, sales, and business strategy) I can say Tonia is the public face of the company, both online and in person. Her initiatives around social media were absolutely critical to our success, and her networking skills brought us attention in what seemed to be a sea of other technology startups. Being invited to pitch as a part of Dell’s 2013 Tech Innovators Day was without a doubt a direct result of Tonia’s tireless efforts. Despite being a young, bootstrapped company we were chosen to present on a national stage, putting us ahead of thousands of other startups. I can put it best by saying that without Tonia, Springcreek Systems would have had a far longer road to the level of marketing engagement and industry recognition we receive today.

It is always a pleasure to work with Tonia. She is intelligent, incredibly fast learner and is extremely knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to work with Tonia on a very large scale project that would change the customer data management platform at Dell. She provided us with not only her ideas, suggestions and really thought through transformative ideas.

Tonia always demonstrates a high level of commitment, and takes full ownership of tasks & responsibilities she is entrusted with. She displays a very methodical approach to her work and her communication is flawless.
Tonia can be trusted with delivering on time, and producing solutions of the highest calibre. He level of expertise and knowledge in data customer management was invaluable to our program. As was her overall attitude. Tonia genuinely cares about what she does and the customers she serves. Tonia is a detail-oriented person. A great team worker and leader. Tonia was part of my virtual UAT team and by far contributed the most to the success for her region, picking up extra work that others could not do.

I had the pleasure to work with and learn from Tonia in a demanding environment using data that required near 100% accuracy at all times. The entire sales department at Dell was dependent on the data managed by our team. Tonia's grasp of complex data structures allowed her to excel and contribute to problem sovling, tool inovation and business guiding reporting. Her ability to see consenquences in database management allowed her to head off many problems and smooth updates and transitions.

Tonia also has a strong skill set of understanding and explaining complex issues to users with a wide level of experience. Be it someone basic computer user experience up to IT and software developers. Tonia is comfortable talking with people on their knowledge level. Often she was called upon to be a liaison between groups with different experience levels. She also excelled at communicating with developers about tool development from requirements gathering to testing.

She would be a great asset to any team that needs a strong communicator, an excellent data and database administrator and tool/process innovation. Tonia is a delite to work with.

Tonia is a great asset to have on the team. She is patient, easy to work with, hard-working, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Her knowledge and experience are impressive. As a web developer, she was also able to use her design experience to bring improvements to a page that hadn't been previously thought of. I would definitely enjoy working with her again.

Tonia is a great teacher. She has so much patience! As a newbie coming into a role that I knew almost nothing about, I had many questions. Tonia was always there to answer them for me with a smile. She is intelligent, understanding, and a great team player. I hope someday to be able to work with Tonia again, because she's the best!!

Tonia has been great to work with. She readily shares her knowledge and is patient in her teaching. She is hard-working, fun loving, talented and good at multitasking. She clearly learns very quickly and thrives in challenging roles. I wish her the best in all her future endeavors.
