Entrepreneur & Mentor. Passionate about crafting products, creating value for users, designing user-experience, and leading teams. Currently applying Getting Things Done framework.
Designing a better user experience is not something which comes as an after-thought. It should be considered from day one. My idea of user-experience is to go back to first principles and think about basics. Intuition can be really helpful in defining a better user experience.
I have been building products for several years now. Been part of crafting several products, I have helped startups and small teams successfully build and launch their products.
I come from engineering background, but I have developed a strong inclination towards Design and Products. This puts me in a central position where I can get things developed from engineers, build the right user experience for users, and strategise product launch and distribution.
I’m a generalist and I understand how early stage companies are built.
Employees strive on 3 fundamentals - Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose. If an employee understand these points, they are off to a successful career path and can challenge their status quo. This enables an individual push limits and do things they are not qualified for.
I have been hiring teams all throughout my career. I have run a service business as well as build products to fairly understand how to build teams and which key areas to hire for.
If you are thinking about getting your project off the ground, I can help out with making hiring or outsourcing decision.
