Sumeera and I have been part of the same team for a whole year project within the TRIUM EMBA program. She demonstrated extraordinary human soft skills and her natural empathy is a strong asset that gives her a very good ability to moderate and focus the group .
Her competencies include strategy, marketing with a strong « forte » in digital media. Sumeera has a sharp and straightforward thinking process which allow an efficient execution of her work.

Sumeera has a quick and thorough understanding of business issues. She is able to articulate a positive and constructive contribution taking into account the challenge at hand and the audience. She's very aware of other team members strengths and weaknesses and always try to find common ground and drive progress.

Brilliant. Hard Working. Organized. Relentless when it comes to producing great work. Sumeera has been a shining star in our time at BBDO. She's a wonderful leader and motivator and she knows production like she knows how to walk. I would go into any project no matter how large with Sumeera and feel comfortable that we will have a seat at the table when it matters and not be relegated to an afterthought. She's truly an asset to any organization.

Sumeera was the lead Producer on the Lowe's account, during which she managed a diverse and challenging set of projects. It's hard to encapsulate the invaluable role she played or list her many accomplishments in just one paragraph. What is most important to me as the account lead was that whenever there was a problem that needed to be fixed, she was the first person I would turn to in order to help solve it. She is a great team leader, client manager, strategic thinker, problem solver and creative planner. With her successful accomplishments and professional agility, she'd be terrific at handling any challenge thrown her way.

Sumeera Rasul, Branding & Growth Strategist, Future+ answered:

This really depends on the idea that you want to test. Remember, a test is just a test, and not a complete depiction of how your actual business will do once it launches as that greatly depends not only on your product, but also on how your business is managed and what value you provide to the customers.

Having said that, a good test can give you good validation on your product/service. If it's a product, you can use crowdfunding or Quirky to test the interest. If it's a service, you can create a signup page, and raise awareness it via well thought out plan that includes blogs, partners, paid advertising and other marketing channels. In addition, there is no substitute to talk to people in person (offline). It will help you describe your idea in detail to a potential customer, and gauge their true reaction w/ verbal feedback as well as facial expressions, body language etc.
