Oversee a list of client accounts and work with our lead consultants to actively manage our client portfolio. Responsible for the service quality of our service delivery to clients and for executing the contractual obligations for customers and delivering on business goals including client satisfaction, revenue, and end-to-end delivery with a results mindset.
