Product Management

I have managed both, b2b SaaS enterprise products and consumer facing applications from scratch. I start with the drawing board understanding the requirements from a user’s perspective and then detail out a product requirements document covering the user stories, functionalities, dependencies, KPIs, milestones, release criteria et al. Next, I design a data flow model, user flows and wireframes from a UI/UX perspective. I am a data-driven product manager and leverage market and product data to plan the product roadmap. I also leverage tools like Mixpanel to capture product analytics and run A/B testing on features to help achieve the product-market fit. I can also take up managing product development as well, guiding the development team towards the implementation of the planned features.
