Well , before even i start to answer , i would appreciate if you can throw some light on below questions , which might help me understand your product/site better , later we can work on target clientle & then on how to genrate leads ,result in closures .
1.what is your website all about ? is it b2c or b2b ?
2.do have an API with other OTA's or you have tyour own products uploaded ?
3.Hows your usual turn around time when it comes to leads coming from your website ? ( if it is a static one )
4.Hows your distribution of products happening ? is it reaching to right target clientle ?
5.whats current mode of marketing ? whats your site's look to book ratio ?
any other relevant info will help me understand your product better ,
