Sarah Saad I enjoy helping others.

Working, creating my own business, training for upcoming competitions as a professional athlete, maintaining my relationship with my fiancé, cooking and eating healthy foods, handling the household and keeping everything under control is challenging and can drain my mental health. With good time management, work-life balance and being able to prioritize daily tasks I learned how to handle all these things on a daily basis. And so can you!
