I'm a Lecturer, Proprietor of a secondary School and co founder of Community Action for Sustainable Economic Growth (a community development organization implementing for ADF, CITY COUNCILS, US EMBASSY SIERRA LEONE, UNDP etc) I have been opportune to have a wide grip of rural development issues in Sierra Leone and west Africa. This includes but not limited to research, planning and initiating development programs, auditing project impacts and developing periodicals on rural issues
